Price Reduction on one of my favorite Lake Chelan Waterfront Homes

Of any Lake Chelan waterfront home on the market right now, and there are many more than usual, this is my favorite.

I like the floor plan, location, construction and the way the house lives. It is perfect for entertaining with a kitchen that flows out to the beautiful lake side patios or into a great room area.

They just lowered the price to $2,100,000 from $2,399,000 with less than 60 days on market. The owners might actually want to sell this one. Take a look, this is a great spot. In fact, I like it so much I would love to show it to you!
