Crystal View Estates is a newer community waterfront development that has shared amenities including a pool and marina. Over the last few years, many homes have been constructed and virtually all of them have spectacular Lake Chelan views. It is located just uplake from Chelan Hills.
When it was first constructed, the grading that was done was quite noticeable. The aerial photo below shows the substantial grading that was required to build Crystal View Estates to the subdivision standards that were in place at the time it was permitted (click for enlargement).

Being just uplake from Chelan Hills, Crystal View Estates boasts wider streets, curbs and, on average, larger homes than Chelan Hills.
Some beautiful homes have been build in Crystal View Estates. There are still view and waterfront lots available as well as some of these newer homes are for sale.
