Sunnybank is a very attractive community waterfront neighborhood on the south shore of Lake Chelan. The views from the homes is super, looking across Lake Chelan from just down lake of Wapato Point and across the lake from Hyacinth. Sunnybank is a smaller neighborhood of around a couple dozen homes or so. The homes are on large lots and are typically larger custom homes.

The neighborhood itself is well maintained and has a nice, newer marina with docks and waterfront just below the homes and across South Lakeshore Drive.
