Pacific Appraisals sent out their Snapshot Report for August for the Lake Chelan Valley. The median waterfront home price in 2009 dropped from $2,100,000 to $1,000,000 which is a 52% decline! The median home sales price has only declined 5%, from $272,450 to $259,500 in 2009.
Currently there are 71 homes on the market in the Lake Chelan Valley Market Area with an average list price of $426,146; 72 waterfront homes are listed with an average list price of $1,393,282.
