How Automated Software can be used to help Market your Lake Chelan Home or Real Estate
I make a dedicated web page for each of my listings. The web site includes a photo gallery from the dozens or hundreds of photos we take about a home. It includes the story, illustrated with pictures, of the experience of your property. We also make every document we can obtain about the property available as a .pdf file on that web site including: comparables, pre-sale inspection reports, the MLS listing itself, appraisal, and a property disclosure statement when available. The web site is designed to take the interested buyer and immerse them in your house. If a potential buyer invests hours going through all the information on your house, that is time they are not spending looking at other properties. The individualized web site, and the blog posting pointing to it, sells homes.
A web site like that sounds like a ton of work, right? To make that manageable, I use automated software. I use a product made by Greg Swann called Engenu. I still have to have lots of photos and write interesting copy for the listing. But, I don’t have to fool around much beyond that. Basically, I organize things into folders and name the files appropriately and the web site builds itself.
The latest example is for a listing for this spectacular ranch property in Antoine Creek. You can see it at www.antoinecreekranch.com. I can keep updating the information and making the experience richer and with more depth each time an interested party looks. People can literally spend hours looking at a single property on a web site like this.
If you are selling your property, having people spend hours looking at your property means they didn’t spend those hours looking at a competing property! The whole idea is to engage interested parties in your property. That’s the way to market your Lake Chelan home and that’s what I provide for my customers!
