The City of Chelan Downtown Master Plan was presented to the public last night. The draft plan is 88 pages of effort that reflects broad input from the community. Participants in the effort included the Historic Downtown Chelan Association as well as representatives from the public and neighborhoods. The city hired Makers Architecture and Urban Design to facilitate the development of the plan.
This is plan is something that Chelan and its citizens can be proud of! It is still a draft, so have a look at it and get any input to the planning department. You can email comments to downtownmasterplan@cityofchelan.com.
