The 2008 Comprehensive Plan Amendment Package to be heard at this public hearing includes the following:
1. Subdivision Ordinance
2. Fifer Rezone- Multi-Family to Tourist Accommodations, 910 S. Park Street
3. Open space map & text amendment- under & undeveloped right-of-way
4. Essential Public Facilities
All interested persons are encouraged to attend the hearing, and may provide testimony. The proposed amendment package, including staff reports and other supporting documents, may be examined in the Office of Community Development during regular business hours. Written comments for consideration by Planning Commission may be submitted at any time until the close of the public hearing on September 17th ; comments via email must be received by 4:00 PM on September 17, 2008
