Besides the views, this is a great place to live!  First, the neighborhood is super.  This area, just outside the Chelan City limits, has homes of larger lots with most being over 1 acre.  It only takes me about 15 minutes to walk my dog downtown where I grab a cup of coffee.  From there I walk the trails around Riverfront Park, visit with the locals in town and get the exercise both me and my dog need.
