His background includes development, multi-family and commercial projects he has been involved with since the early 1990s. Cass is a marketing wizard who published a successful Real Estate Book in the Kitsap/Olympic Peninsula. Cass was Sales Director for developments in Cabo San Lucas and Ensenada, Mexico.
