Mill Bay Beach is a classy waterfront community located between the Manson Highway and Lake Chelan.  It is just a bit downlake from the Mill Park Boat launch and not far from the Wapato Casino.  It includes 6 waterfront parcels and 13 off water home sites.  The community has a common marina with designated boat slips for each property that is right next to a community waterfront with beach access.  This is a favorite community waterfront neighborhood with both waterfront and just-off waterfront properties!

Since the photo was taken, there has been quite a bit of construction at Mill Bay Beach.  Today, there is only one waterfront site without a home and many of the off water sites have also been built.  The neighborhood is mostly level and a walk to the community beach and marina is short, level and fun!  This neighborhood is unique in having deeded slips, short walks to the amenities and a small, close knit community.

This neighborhood is been very popular and is Lake Chelan real estate that is in high demand.

Where did the Mill Bay name come from?  This area is part of, or near, the site a former saw mill and was once and industrial area on Lake Chelan.
