We build a large, custom sign for each of our luxury, or architecturally distinctive listings. That sign is an advertisement for the property, not a poster or billboard for the real estate company. The sign is designed to stop traffic, with sections and smaller detail that a potential buyer has to stop to read. We put the price right on the sign with a large rider to answer the first question a potential buyer has quickly and transparently. The sign is about promoting and selling the particular property that it advertises. -
We build a specific web site for each home we list. The web site includes a photo gallery from the dozens or hundreds of photos we take about a home. It includes the story, illustrated with pictures, of the experience of your property. We also make every document we can obtain about the property available as a .pdf file on that web site including: comparables, pre-sale inspection reports, the MLS listing itself, appraisal, and a property disclosure statement when available.
